What else do you have to realize Sword and Shield's Galar Pokédex?

The main thing to understand - if you didn't already - is that not every Pokémon from previous generations are going to be available in Pokémon Sword and Shield - that's available in the least , not just by catching in-game but by trading them across or importing from Pokémon Bank or Pokémon Home, too.

The above list features the sole Pokémon that you're going to be ready to find in Sword and Shield by any means, in other words.

In total the Galar Pokédex contains 400 Pokémon from across all eight Pokémon generations. this suggests Pokémon Sword and Shield contains slightly below half the entire number of Pokémon. Within the Galar Pokédex, however, you will find returning favoruites, like Togepi, and a few of faces we've not seen during a while like Binacle (for some reason...).
